RFP – San Geronimo Roof Replacement Project

The Marin Municipal Water District (District) is seeking request for proposals (RFP) from qualified professional engineering and architectural consultant (Consultant) firms for the San Geronimo Treatment Plant (SGTP) Roof Replacement Project (Project). Professional engineering services for this project shall include areas of Civil, Architectural, Structural engineering and other disciplines necessary to fully design and construct the Project. The District will be requiring professional engineering services for the design of a roof replacement for the San Geronimo Treatment Plant. The project is going to replace the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane with a new steel roof for fire hardening. This will require structural modifications to the roof support structure to accommodate the new roof.
