Description: Marin Municipal Water District (MMWD) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications from California registered/licensed architect and engineering firms to provide Owner Representative Services for the evaluation of rebuilding/rehabilitation of the Administration Building, Warehouse, and Water Quality Laboratory. Firms submitting proposals should have experience providing Owner Representative Services regarding rehabilitation and building construction to public agencies (counties, cities and special districts), and have an in depth understanding of California public contracting requirements, including the implementation of design-build and progressive design-build alternatives.

Description: This contract is for furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of 24-inch and 8-inch welded steel pipe, 8-inch valve, 24-inch butterfly valves, with fittings, pipe disinfection, below grade vault, installation of associated electrical components, and appurtenances.

Description: This contract is for furnishing labor and equipment for the installation of District furnished pipe floats, barge anchoring, connections, and appurtenances at the Alpine Pump Barges, Alpine Pipe Manifold Barge, and Alpine Emergency Pump Barge.

Description: This contract is for furnishing labor and equipment for the installation of approximately 3,800 linear feet of 12-inch, 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch welded steel pipe with valves, fittings, pipe disinfection, and appurtenances.

Sealed bids for the Furnishing and Delivery of six (6) 18-Inch Double Offset Electropneumatic Butterfly Valve Packages will be received at the Office of Purchasing, Marin Municipal Water District, 220 Nellen Avenue, Corte Madera, CA 94925, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Board of Directors' room by the Secretary or a designated representative. This contract is for furnishing and delivery of six (6) 18-Inch Double Offset Electropneumatic Butterfly Valve Packages. The delivery of all valve packages is due by January 30, 2026.
