This contract is for furnishing labor and equipment necessary to support eight 5-day crew spikes performing vegetation pile burning, forestry maintenance and providing prescribed fire support, including preparation, operations and patrol. The work to be completed is located within multiple locations on the Mt Tamalpais Watershed, within the County of Marin, California.

The Contractor performing work under this contract shall possess the following California Contractors licenses: C-61, Limited Specialty, and a D-49, Tree Specialty, which are valid in the State of California at the time the contract is awarded. In addition, the Contractor must have at least one current CA State Certified Prescribed Burn Boss on staff. Lastly, the Contractor must be able provide a minimum six person Firefighter crew that meets the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) training standards, including one Type III wildland engine and one water tender (1200 – 2000 gal.) .
